7. How can I find details about annual leave, working hours or job location?

For additional information regarding working hours, annual leave, location details or employment conditions, candidates should contact the recruitment consultant responsible for the vacancy.

8. Are candidates charged for recruitment services?

No. Candidates are not charged for registration, interviews, placements or any part of the recruitment and job application process provided by Genie Workforce.

9. What happens after I apply for a vacancy?

After submitting an application, the recruitment consultant responsible for the position reviews all submitted CVs and applications. Candidates shortlisted for the vacancy will be contacted directly by the recruitment team.

10. When can I expect feedback after applying?

Feedback is usually provided within one to two weeks. Due to the high number of applications received, only shortlisted candidates are typically contacted regarding the next stages of the recruitment process.

11. Why have I not received feedback after applying?

There may be several reasons why candidates do not receive feedback. Applications may have been submitted after the shortlist was completed, or the candidate’s qualifications and experience may not have fully matched the vacancy requirements.

Candidates seeking additional feedback may contact the recruitment consultant responsible for the vacancy for further clarification where possible.
